LOVE Synthesizers was founded in 2023 by Kári Halldórsson after experimenting with building a digital hardware FM synthesizer with intuitive touch-screen graphics controls, combined with hardware buttons and knobs.

Kári and a team of synthesizer lovers have since then developed a fully stand-alone polyphonic synthesizer building on those original ideas but taking them much further.

FIRST LOVE combines animated touch interaction with tactile, hands-on controls to create a new category of expressive digital instrument. With a low barrier to entry and a high ceiling for exploration, it brings beginners and professionals into instant creative flow.
